NovaStudio 8.7 is provided "as is" for personal use, testing, and experimentation. It is not a professional audio workstation or a guaranteed production tool. The developer makes no warranties about performance, audio quality, data integrity, or suitability for any particular purpose.
All recordings and project files are stored locally on your device and in the workspace folder you choose. You are solely responsible for backing up, securing, and managing your own files. The developer has no access to your recordings and cannot recover lost data.
The app can permanently delete song folders from your chosen workspace. Deleted files and folders cannot be recovered. You are responsible for any data lost as a result of using the delete feature, and you use it entirely at your own risk.
The app requests microphone and file-system access through your browser. Use these features responsibly and only grant permissions to a copy of the application you trust.
By using NovaStudio 8.7, you agree that the developer is not liable for any loss of data, audio quality issues, missed recordings, or any other damages arising from the use of this application.
